Susan Boyle - I Dreamed A Dream
I Dreamed A Dream is the forthcoming debut album from Scottish singer Susan Boyle. It is due to be released on 23 November 2009.
The 12-track CD includes her take on ten famous songs and her incredible pipes
have more than done them justice.
I can see
it being one of the biggest-sellers of the decade.
A highlight of the album is her version of ROLLING STONES' classic Wild
Horses. It's a brave move - but the result is a cracker.
Her take on THE MONKEES' chirpy Daydream Believer is a moving, gentle
piano ballad.
Amazing Grace, where she is joined by a gospel choir, is rousing to say the
least and she showcases a real knack for the blues with Cry Me A River.
SuBo also puts her stamp on hymns and her original efforts are called Proud
and Who I Was Born To Be.
It's incredibly classy stuff throughout. A star is born.
